SMC Group - Senior Manager - Debt Syndication

- Will be responsible for Business development & Origination of mandates for Fund raising through Debt

- Strong connects & networking with various lenders which includes Banks, NBFCs, Debt Funds, etc.

- Ability to understand and prepare funding proposal for clients for products such as Term loan, Working Capital loan, Project Financing, External Commercial Borrowing, etc.

- Understanding the business model/ project and assessing the finance requirement

- Ability to prepare Information Memorandum, financial model and other transaction documents for submission of proposal to various lenders

- Managing Marketing Activities of the Company by participating in various Meets & Seminars

- Handling existing corporate relationships of the firm and analyzing possible business opportunities
