Job Description:
Reporting to: Regional Manager/ Zonal Head.
Department: Business Development Retail.
Location: Chembur
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maximizing revenue generation (Net of Default) by achieving sales target assigned to him thus ensuring profitability of Equity business in his/her branch.
- To look after overall management of the branch & ensures maximization of business through market expansion & by increasing client base/market share in Equity.
- Business/ Operational/ Functional/ Financial Perspective.
- Setting Team revenue Targets for the Team.
- Checking the status of Client-Cash limits and Stock Limits.
- Self analyzing the market as well as compiling the data received from the Research Analysis Team and updating the Customers accordingly.
- Suggesting the Clients regarding market scenario.
- Coordinating with the RMS to find out the Margin shortfall requirements of the Clients.
- Finding the Ledger debts for the next day and planning accordingly.
- Assisting the Relationship managers for important Business calls or meetings.
- Distributing leads to the Team.
- Allocating the Clients to the Team depending upon their capabilities.
- Interacting personally with Team's Clients to help in revenue generation as well as margin collection.
- Analyzing the reports prepared by the Team Leader regarding problems faced by the Team in product selling, in terms of lower brokerage and account opening fee and taking required approvals for it.
- Analyzing the Branch Costing on the basis of new recruitment and modulating the new revenue targets.
- Efficient coordination with Back Office person for updating Client Cheque.
- Responsible for proper & accurate brand visibility within the location to expand the business.
- To ensure cent percent compliance related to RMS, clients & debt.
- To ensure minimal compliance issues related to clients & maximize revenue net of default.
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems.
- Ensures the implementation of shortand long-range department goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
- Assist seniors in planning of appropriate cost saving strategies and ensuring its proper implementations.
- Ensure implementation of department's philosophies, procedures and reporting.
Administrative/Functional Responsibilities:
- Working as a vital link between branch & HO to implement various guidelines/policies released from HO from time to time.
- Ensuring proper discipline & decorum within the Team & immediately reporting to the concerned departments in case of any such happenings.
- Responsible to direct his/her team to get all the client ledgers signed from the clients as confirmation and duly signed and verified & accepted by the Compliance department regularly as well as at the time of exit.
- Timely payment of bills/rent.
- Ensure compliance and tax related issues.
- To check the display of sign boards.
- To check the margin reports of clients.
- Fulfilling the asset requirement.
- Proper petty cash management.
- Ensuring all the joining kits are properly filled & induction formalities are completed on time.
- Ensures that branch attendance should be updated on time.
- Ensures proper Employee State Insurance (ESI), shop & establishment for the branch.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate with 7-10 years of relevant work experience within the same industry type.
Certificates:
- NISM 8 & other modules.
