Purpose
Delivering Credit Risk Assessment & Control services as per organization standards and timeline.
Building relationships and interacting with Sales department and clients to and develop new process in order to smoothen the process.
Context
- Credit Appraisal.
- Credit Renewal management for the existing client and new clients of company.
- Expertise in Financial Analysis.
- Expert skills in Risk Assessment and fixing the controls.
Decision Making Authority:
The candidate will have to take charge and concerns of each assignment and update the management on regular basis to facilitate quicker solutions.
Key Output
Main Priorities
- Timely closure of Credit appraisal within given TAT.
Key Outputs
- Evaluating clients- credit data and assessment of their financial statements to ensure, determine the degree of risk involved in lending money to the new clients.
- Analysing client's records and using the data to recommend payment / collection plan.
- Conferring with credit associations, Sales and references to exchange credit information on clients
- Evaluating the financial status of clients by producing financial ratios then submission to committee for their approval.
- Ensure timely renewal of credit reports for the existing Client.
- Periodic review of Credit controls and limits assigned to the clients.
Skills and Requirements
Qualifications:
- Post Graduate / MBA / CA / ICWA / CS or equivalent in Finance.
Knowledge:
- From finance credit background.
- Knowledge of Auto mobile leasing will be an advantage.
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in relation to English and the local language where the premises is situated.
- High process orientation and analytical skills, especially attention to detail.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
Experience: Min 10 years of experience from banking / NBFC / automobile leasing / Insurance/ any financial institutions.
- Maintain Relationships
- All relevant Internal and External support functions.
Critical Attributes
1. Excellent command over MS Excel
2. Knowledge of Leasing / Insurance or BFSI sector.
3. Knowledge of Oracle Software would be an added advantage.
