JOB PROFILE:

A Project manager will be the one point contact between the company and the project management consultancy (PMC). The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the project and will involved in every aspect of the construction process.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- On time and on budget completion of the project

- Act as a liaison between the staff, managers, suppliers and the community

- Update the management regarding the process and costs of the project

- Willing to come up with innovative ideas and change process incase of any inefficiency

- Monitor progress, provide financial control and ensure project quality

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :

- 4+ years of experience of direct management of large and complex real estate projects

- With responsibility of site analysis, budget control estimating, design and construction

- Coordination and project scheduling.

- Strong relationships with governmental organizations

- Exceptional written and oral communication skills

- Experience in being a company's representative and spokesperson

- Sound judgment on the construction process and on quality of the materials used

- Bachelor degree in engineering, construction or architecture

- An additional degree in finance/ management/ construction management is preferred
