Role: Manager- Inside Sales

Job Profile: The Manager-Inside Sales will be responsible for handling inbound calls from prospective purchasers / investors. The primary goal is to convert calls into successful sales. The role will also include managing client relationships post-sale. The typical caller will be an NRI living abroad who is interested in making a high-ticket property investment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interact with NRI clients professionally over phone and close the sale
- Keep records of client interactions and follow up until the sale is completed
- Provide after-sales support and develop the client relationship
- Inform clients about new launches to generate repeat business
Desired Skills:
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Outstanding client interaction skills
- Ability to develop and grow client relationships
- Willingness to work in different time zones / shifts
- A high energy level and ambition
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate/PG in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the domain of sales or telesales
