Job Summary -

SmartOwner is looking for an International asset acquisition manager who would be responsible for acquiring international properties (commercial / coworking / retail / hospitality etc.) for the company.

Key Roles and Responsibilities -

- To identify the most attractive properties in high growth regions across the world

- Conduct comprehensive analysis of the most profitable locations for providing best possible returns to our clients

- Perform in-depth feasibility analysis based on the market performance to determine the cash flow potential for each property

- Inspect the property and ensure its operational readiness

- Negotiate best possible terms with the sellers to maximize the revenue potential

Desired Skills & Requirements -

- 8+ years of proven experience in a leadership role

- Entrepreneurial mindset and experience is desirable

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills

- Highly organized and a result oriented professional

- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to handle people from different cultures

- Flexible to travel to different countries
