The incumbent will report into the CEO thereby working independently managing the TA function. He / She would be responsible for directing strategic initiatives for business & streamline Talent Acquisition Process.

Role & Responsibilities:

Sourcing Effectiveness :

- Optimum utilization of various channels of sourcing available with focus on direct channels like social media sites, blogs and job sites, employee referrals with limited/no dependency on recruitment consultants

- Develop effective recruiting strategies and use of complex Boolean search strings to identify and attract talent through various job portals and social sites

- Set the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization

- Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing; implement appropriate best practices in the organization

- Develop and manage position-specific screening questionnaires, aptitude tests and screening tests

- Ensuring closure within the stipulated hiring timelines without compromising on hiring quality as per agreed SLAs

Partnering with Business :

- Collaborate with the Head of LOBs to understand talent needs, devise creative sourcing strategies for the organization and build a pipeline of talent for specific roles

- Be a credible & trusted TA partner for business leaders, line managers and add value through new initiatives/ process centricity

- Develop innovative strategies and procedures to ensure that there is a consistent and positive candidate experience

- Work closely with the Marketing department in effectively establishing communication strategies that attract diverse talent to the business

- Develop and update Job descriptions in consultation with the Hiring Managers

- Build a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies

Team Management :

- Responsible for providing direction and consultation to the business on emerging trends and best practices that impact and influence acquisition within key talent segments

- Generate, measure, and analyze key recruiting metrics for the purpose of managing recruiting effectiveness

- Define and track the responsibilities of the team member, which should be aligned to the individual's career and organization's goals

- Identify the strengths of the team members and assign the responsibilities/positions accordingly

- Communicate the expectations clearly and regularly address the gaps if any

- Establish the growth path, coach and mentor the team member to move to the next level in a defined period

Process Adherence & Analytics :

- Responsible for daily, weekly & monthly MIS reporting, employee database management & conduct analysis to understand gaps and take appropriate action

- Play an analytical role & deliver on-going reports after tracking the results, impacts, and cost-effectiveness of the recruiting strategies, Identify trends and adjust the recruiting strategies in order to optimize the impact.

- Competition Mapping, Market Intelligence reporting and Talent Mapping for multiple business units

- Design, develop and maintain the Talent Acquisition process in the organization (including its description, measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)

- Monitor & ensure that the recruitment processes are adhered to & in line with the organizational goals

- Utilize technology and information to identify trends, drive changes and assess progress

Ideal Candidate for us:

- MBA/PGDM in HR with 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with minimum 2 years of Team handling experience preferably in Software or BPO/KPO environment

- Hunger, Passion, and determination to change the recruitment landscape! Fire in the Belly is the key!

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates

- Experience and track record in networking with, locating and sourcing top talent in a timely manner, both using agencies and internal resources

- Presentation skills - articulate clearly and capable of converting multiple data points into dashboards to aid decision making

- Highly energetic and self-driven professional with a proven track of thinking through and implementing value-adding initiatives

- Result oriented professional with an ability to work with speed and deliver quality work within tight timelines

- A self-starter who excels in an environment that is fast-paced and ever-changing
