Smartconnect Technologies - Lead/Consultant - Business Intelligence

Job Description :

- Be the expert BI Consultant + leading the BI team to deliver solutions at high quality and serviceability

- Expert in BI Consulting( BI Business Solution Development) & Business Analysis

- Plan projects and mentor the team members and work closely with them to resolve issues

- Take ownership of projects from Solution to delivery

- Work closely with Head- BI & Analytics to develop quantitative and analytical approaches to gathering and synthesizing data for use in developing insights that drive strategy

- Lead the development of a comprehensive BI architecture that is anchored in standardized ETL processes and well-established data definitions

- Further expand upon the institution's data warehouse with a design that is scalable and can grow with the data and analytical needs of the organization

- Establish Roadmap for BI that outlines key initiatives and associated timelines, both in terms of reporting and infrastructure/platform development

- Maintain awareness of trends in BI products and services and identify opportunities for implementation

- Develop new dashboards within existing systems pulling data from multiple sources, communicating data points / KPIs allowing for action to be taken
