What your role will be :

- Reporting into the CEO and working closely with the Sales & Business Development & Product teams.

- You will be responsible for developing and leading on the marketing and sales strategy for UNFYD(R) product suite.

- Your efforts must be innovative keeping in mind ROIs and budget approved from time to time.

- You will be working independently without having a team to start initially.

- He we expect you to be hands-on and be able to drive the marketing initiatives by self-meeting expectations and capable of generating qualified leads for sales team.

- We currently have several clients across banking, insurance, investment banking, BPO, ITeS, immigration, shipping etc.

- And currently our sales teams are executing this function and are successful in getting several projects in the pipeline across the above verticals.

What is our expectations :

- Ultimately this role will very hands on and lead generation and brand building as a key focus.

- You will need to ensure that the marketing and sales team is providing an efficient and professional service and to ensure that the highest levels of customer care are being delivered at all times.

- Also you will be required to contribute to the development and implementation of the organizational strategy and business plan and share responsibility for the achievement of the organization's objectives.

- This fantastic opportunity is a new role in an ambitious and growing business which is providing unique Customer Experiences to various clients across different geographic locations.

- You will also drive commitment among all the teams of SmartConnect Technologies to improve the quality and experience of UNFYD(R) product suite.

- You must be able to work in a fast-paced startup culture that is people driven, not limited to roles and functions and there is always scope for growing beyond conventional boundaries and barriers.

Your background :

- Ideally you will have a strong understanding of market developments, concepts, strategies and consumer behavior within all the sectors.

- You will have a track record of putting the needs of your client base at the forefront of your marketing strategies which led to achieving sales targets.

- Furthermore you will consider yourself as an expert in terms of delivering great customer service and positively influencing customer feedback.

- You will have experience of independently handling this function as well as effectively leading a team.

- You acknowledge that the highest performing teams are engaged and inspired by their leaders.

- Due to the nature of the role you will have proven skills, experience and the ability to demonstrate an understanding of all aspects of the full marketing mix including print, digital, advertising, CRM coupled with all aspects of successful product life cycle.
