Role Overview:-

We are seeking a dynamic and insightful Cognitive Business Analyst to join our innovative product team. The ideal candidate will have a formal degree in psychology or humanities, a strong flair for Indian languages, and a passion for applying cognitive and linguistic insights to develop sophisticated AI-driven conversational solutions. This role is crucial in ensuring that our GenAI powered chatbots are intuitive, contextually aware, and culturally relevant for diverse business use cases.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Requirement Analysis:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for AI-driven conversational bot solutions.

- Linguistic and Cognitive Expertise:- Apply your knowledge of psychology, humanities, and Indian languages to enhance the conversational capabilities of our GenAI bots.

- Solution Design:- Work closely with the product team to design and develop AI-powered chatbots tailored for specific business needs, such as automated sales engines for insurance products and vehicle inquiries.

- Content Development:- Create, curate, and optimize conversational content that is contextually relevant and engaging for users across various platforms.

- Data Analysis:- Analyze user interactions and feedback to continually improve and refine bot performance and user satisfaction.

- Testing and Validation:- Conduct thorough testing of conversational bots to ensure accuracy, reliability, and cultural appropriateness.

- Documentation:- Maintain detailed documentation of requirements, design specifications, and user feedback.

- Stakeholder Collaboration:- Act as a liaison between the product team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and timelines.

- Training and Support:- Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on the use and benefits of our conversational bot solutions.

Qualifications:-

- Educational Background:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Humanities, or related fields.

- Language Proficiency:- Strong command of multiple Indian languages, with the ability to create and interpret content in these languages.

- Technical Skills:- Familiarity with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT and other conversational AI technologies.

- Analytical Skills:- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret and apply user data effectively.

- Communication Skills:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.

- Collaboration:- Proven experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.

- Cultural Awareness:- Deep understanding of cultural nuances and user behaviors across different regions in India.

- Adaptability:- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:-

- Prior experience in developing or managing conversational AI projects.

- Knowledge of sales processes and customer service operations, particularly in industries like insurance and automotive.

- Experience with social media platforms and voice-assisted technologies.
