SmartCoin : Enabling Access to Credit for Emerging India Our mission is to enable digital credit and full financial products access for 300M+ - Missing Middle- segment leveraging advanced tech and AI/ML-based innovations. - Emerging India- is expected to be the biggest driver of credit growth (TAM US$500B). Yet traditional institutions find it difficult to serve them due to lack of reliable financial/credit data. SmartCoin is using deep tech to address this fast growing untapped market.We have done major innovations across following verticals: - Proprietary AI/ML-based credit underwriting models - Fully Digital & Automated user journey - Transparent, Affordable & Personalized products We have been growing fast (double digit % MoM) and recently raised growth capital to march on an even faster trajectory. We have also received the NBFC license from RBI. Roles & Responsibilities : - Work closely with the CXOs to understand the user segments and the products available for them. - Formulate strategies to find the best ways to reach the customers and drive high-quality user acquisition through online and offline channels. - Co-own the brand positioning, brand health and brand assets for all brands - Create a detailed plan of execution to achieve annual/quarterly/ monthly targets based on the business plan. - Manage and devise strategies for all of the marketing team, including digital, advertising, communications and creative. - Work with the internal Tech and Analytics team to find insights on funnels and optimize the campaigns on ROI, retention, engagement etc. - Work with external Meta partners to understand Growth Opportunities and do competitive analysis - Regularly monitor and report key KPIs for All channels and all domains to the respective business heads. - Work on B2B partnerships for niche customer acquisition We're looking for : - Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving and excellent analytical skills. - Hands-on experience in running marketing campaigns on Google, FB. - A proven track record of meeting business goals through performance-driven marketing - Should have experience of building and managing a team. - Should have experience in scaling the user base for Android/iOS applications. - Hands-on experience in using GA, Branch/Appsflyer, Clevertap or similar tools. - Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills Education: - Graduate from Tier I college is a must, Tier 1 MBA preferred
