Job Description:
We are looking for a Growth Marketer who can drive data-driven marketing strategies and execute impactful campaigns to acquire, engage, and retain customers. You should have a strong analytical mindset, be creative in problem-solving, and have hands-on experience in performance marketing, content strategy, and conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage cross-sell and up-sell campaigns to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns, including SEM, Google Display, Discovery Ads, re-marketing, and email campaigns.
- Optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and user experience to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
- Leverage Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and email marketing tools to optimize campaigns.
- Implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Create compelling, data-driven content to attract and engage the target audience.
- Develop and execute cold outreach email campaigns for lead generation.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role.
- 5+ Experience working in early-stage startups or high-growth environments is a plus.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or tech-based products.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and lead nurturing strategies.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, CRM, and email marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, Google Trends, and A/B testing tools.
- Ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and drive actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a strong understanding of marketing psychology and consumer behavior.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented with a growth hacking mindset.
