- Partnering with leaders to identify systems and equipment wherein IoT solutions would provide a quantifiable business benefit
- Partners with cross-functional stakeholders in constructions, procurement, technology, facilities maintenance, compliance, safety etc. to identify IoT use case to maximize the business value of IoT implementations
- Identifying and onboarding IoT device providers or IoT Solution providers
- Developing rollout plans for IoT solutions for specific systems or equipment categories
- Responsible for project performance, product cost, scope, schedule and quality
- Developing an IoT systems, device service and support strategy.
- Drive new offerings through the new product introduction and deployment process
The Smart Campus PM role is a business strategy role wherein the successful candidate will have strong skills in business strategy, project management, and the application of technology solutions to drive business value.
Desired Profile -
- Minimum 3 years experience in related field and overall 5+ years experience as project manager
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams. This role will partner with many different groups.
- Overall understanding of how to apply technology and identifying the opportunities for it.
- Knowledge of Smart Campus technologies and initiatives i.e. Smart Parking, Smart Access, Visitor Management System, Way Finding, Heatmaps, Analytics etc
