RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Primary responsibility will be organizational development and design, change management and organization effectiveness.
- The incumbent will provide human resources and business leaders with practical solutions to enhance team, business unit and organizational performance; set standards and processes for organizational design methodology and diagnostics and lead initiatives across business units and functional areas.
- This role will involve partnering with the Organization Change function to assist the organization with the execution of successful change management efforts.
- Lead large-scale, complex organizational development and design projects that cut across businesses and/or support our enterprise leadership teams with an eye towards addressing people, process, and technology issues to improve business results.
- Ensure quality execution through a hands-on approach to the design and delivery of organizational development and design projects.
EXPERIENCE & SKILL SET :
- Overall 11-15 years experience and minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in Organization Design and Organization Effectiveness is expected
- Prior experience leading multiple large-scale organization design and effectiveness initiatives
- Experience designing, reengineering, and implementing operational processes that have had a clear impact on efficiency and effectiveness
