JOB TITLE: Senior Manager - Innovation

GRADE Sr. Manager

OBJECTIVE To foster innovation by experimenting / exploring with Fintechs/ Innovation HUBs/ to identity use cases which can contribute in achieving the business objectives in medium term and long term. Innovations to enhance productivity / NPS scores / capacity creation / achieve scalability

LOCATION: Corporate Office, Mumbai

JOB SUMMARY: - A self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment. Constantly ready to accept and perform duties beyond stated scope.

- An innovative and creative thinker who can challenge the status quo and think outside of the box.

- Actively connect with partners, fintech, start-ups and relevant associations to collect market intelligence of latest trend, emerging technologies and identify business opportunities.

- Communicate such insights widely within the Company and with teams to and facilitate discussions to discover of new ideas & innovative concepts.

- Conduct POCs with the Fintechs and emerging techs and ensure smooth transition from concept to implementation to adoption and BAU.

- Provide recommendation and constructive feedback to business stakeholders and to support business case and commercialization.

- Over all 3 to 5 years, experience in who has proven experience in the digital transformation projects.

- An engineer / MBA from premier schools preferred.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS a. Engagement with Fintechs

b. Successfully managing and completing POCs

c. Enable transition from POC to Adoption and BAU without diluting the essence of the solution

WORK EXP. - 3 to 5 Years or more.prior experience in digital transformation projects is a must

QUALIFICATIONS - MBA (Preferably from Tier 1) and B.Tech / B.E.
