SM/AVP/DVP - Product Manager - SMB Digital Banking

Opening for SM / AVP / DVP-Product Manager - SMB Digital Banking for Mumbai Location in a leading Bank.

As a Product Manager, this position will be responsible for being a single point contact with business, operations, technology, Compliance and TSP's / Vendors on all matters/new requirement/existing system enhancements. He is supposed to deliver project from end to end, beginning from requirement consolidation to UAT, pilot phase to post go-live support. The candidate will participate in the digital product roadmap for MSME platform banking.

Position Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities (Please mention all the responsibilities expected from the incumbent to perform)

- Keen Interest in solving problem(s) around MSME / SMB platform; includes acting as product owner on one or more scrum teams. Coordinating with Technology partner, business, operations, and other stakeholders for understanding and gather requirements, perform feasibility check, build comprehensive BRD, Product Notes and Requirement Interact with Compliance & suggest required changes to Tech Team

- Develop business requirements to inform future state design, supporting teams in understanding the requirements and their linkages to the overall MSME strategy.

- Provide input during development and implementation phases, including formulation and definition of systems scope, objectives and necessary system enhancements for complex, high-impact projects.

- Consult with business clients to determine functional specifications and partner with multiple teams to meet project delivery timelines.

- Capturing, validating, and documenting business and system requirements and making sure that they're in line with key strategic principles.

B. Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Qualifications :

Essential MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 college

BE / B.Tech from Tier 1/ Tier 2 college

Work Experience:

Essential - 3-5 prior experience of working in fintech or consumer lending applications / digital products in financial services industry

- Agile methodology for product development

- Strong analytical, BA, BI skills, business acumen & attention to detail

- Understanding of Business Banking regulatory policies and compliances, Will be an added advantage (if) - Understanding of frontend/ backend/ full stack development

- Understanding of AI/ ML, APIs and SDKs, Solution Architecture and Scalability, and Open-Source Solutions.
