We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from one of our clients in India. Our client is a Mid sized Manufacturing Organization manufacturing some very unique products like Robotic Dispensing, Sealants, Automation Systems and more. Our clients are a stable and well funded organization. They are growing rapidly and are looking to hire a young Strategic Sales Head to help augment their growth. This position is based in Pune.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Strategise Sales & Marketing Teams and Processes for the near future

- Establish presence in new markets

- Work with Technical teams for establishing new applications

To qualify for this positions you should:

- Have a good educational background

- Have 8 to 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing

- Have experience in sales of Equipments, Machinery, Engineering Products

- Have experience in B2B Sales to OEMs, Automotive and other Mfg Organizations

- Have good experience in strategizing Sales and Marketing

- Have good experience in Planning, Budgeting, Team Handling etc

- Have good Communication / Presentation skills.

- Be from Pune or willing to relocate
