Role Name : Head (Manager / Sr. Manager) - Compensation, benefits, payroll and compliance
Location : Bangalore
Purpose of the Role :
- This role is responsible for leading, managing and improving compensation and benefits practices that aligns with attracting, motivating and retaining talent.
Key roles and responsibilities :
- Benchmark, develop, design and implement competitive and fair compensation practices including total rewards strategy aligned with the organization's business goals
- Responsible for studying and introducing more countries to the region and complying with the compensation guidelines across different geographies
- Review of C&B policies, processes and incorporate required changes aligning to business needs.
- Consult with hiring managers & other internal stakeholders to understand the trend, assess current benefits to publish the hiring range data on a quarterly basis
- Forecast and drive the creation of monthly, quarterly annual and long-term compensation incentive plan design and pay-for-performance alignment
- Conduct payroll activities across the locations in India and international locations
- Coordinate with payroll outsourced vendors for smooth and timely pay-outs as per SLA
- Manage Compliances related to compensations and benefit areas
- Support the leadership team, key stakeholders and BU HR teams in conducting trainings and workshops regarding compensations and benefits
- Build and mentor a smart team - be responsible for their deliverables, development and value adds
Qualifications :
- Educational qualification : MBA in HR
- Experience : 10 to 15 years of work experience in the areas of compensation, benefits, payroll and compliance
- Tools. Expertise and MS office and other C&B tools (Advance MS Excel etc.)
- Knowledge and Skills : Understanding and experience of dealing with legal compliances in India, US and Europe
