- Develops, analyzes, manages, plans, organizes, and controls the assigned vendor relationship. This includes supporting business units in their vendor management needs as well as corresponding with vendors, representing JVTO.
- Track and report adherence to contractual terms
- Responsible for scheduling and overseeing governance meetings with preferred vendors (performance, process, metrics review).
- Ensure that vendors are compliant with all required certifications, contracts, and company policies.

- Proactively monitor the vendor's ability to fulfill contractual obligations and escalate issues to JVTO as necessary
- Coordinate with vendor partners to collate governance reports, adherence to SLAs
- Work with vendor partners to help them meet SLAs, and develop improvement plans where necessary.
- Manage and improve processes surrounding vendor recruiting, onboarding, and relationship management.
- Ensure that the JVTO is producing accurate reports and insights into vendor performance.
- Manage JV Onboarding process on behalf of the JVTO.
- Identify, investigate, and respond to stakeholder concerns.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to the vendor/contract management process, including pricing controls.
- Identify and mitigate vendor risk from a delivery standpoint, and ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures.
- Deliver efficient and effective escalations in line with established policies and procedures.
- Assists JVTO with monitoring vendors and their performance and adherence to contract requirements and service level agreements.
- Assist with creating a business case for outsourcing opportunities.
- Ensures vendor agreements include the appropriate terms for assigned vendor service categories.
- Provides recommendations to executive management and stakeholders on strategic direction for assigned vendor relationships
Minimum Qualification:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT delivery organization. Management experience will be a plus.
- Good understanding of IT delivery and related tracking.
- Should understand IT budgets, and other vendor-related accounting concepts.
- Strong background in Project management concepts.
- Good Communication written and verbal skills - will have to send emails, and prepare for meetings with SLTs and their directs
