Summary:

The role supports our leaders with long term business strategies and represent the organization at key business meetings

Detailed Responsibilities:

- Oversee key projects, work on strategic issues and provide decision support to leaders

- Support all Business Plan development, provide direct support to top management, particularly in meeting business planning targets

- Research and understand new business for investment

- Oversee management information systems and provide analytical inputs

- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders on behalf of the leaders to build new business avenues and ensure efficient delivery

- Supporting top leaders to prepare information for presentations, media interviews, etc.

Skills Required

- Strong business acumen

- Flair for research

- Comfortable working autonomously and across multiple tasks

- Ability to manage complex and highly confidential information

- Ability to present and analyse data

Education and Experience

- MBA / PGDM from Tier 1 colleges

- Candidates should be from Finance or Strategy background

- Open to look at freshers or even candidates with 1 year of experience in a similar profile.
