Roles, and responsibilities -
1. Manage a book of 40 customers
2. Drive adoption, and expansion in these accounts
3. Understand feedback, and directly speak with the product team about what needs to be done to keep/upsell to accounts
4. Analyze usage, and be proactive in addressing any concerns users might have
Looking for folks who've done Customers Success in a SaaS company (mostly working with US clients). Open to evaluating freshers from top MBA schools as well.
