Urgent Openings for "Regional / Zonal Sales Manager"


Job Description & Responsibilities :


- End to End responsibility of the whole assigned Zone/state with all the promotional portfolio of entire business.

- Responsible for Product Lifecycle from Concept to Deployment including flow charts, features, scripting, etc.

- Driven the sales plan for their team and with respect to area assigned, should capable to manage sales.

- Achieve the revenue plan within the prescribed cost guidelines by optimising the sourcing mix and profitability.

- Maintain Daily reports of a whole state and team with respect to assigned target.

- Take end-to-end ownership of the product line, identify market requirements, define the product vision.

- Handling whole State/Zone & Team(All Team Leader & Field sales executive).

- Analysing and Verify placement of stocks as per the targets

- Ensure scheme communication and enrolment of respective retailer & FSE.

- New product launch market activity-END TO END and Responsible for Product Innovations and Product Ideations in their respective Domain

- Improve Customer perception and product-wise market share, good understanding of technical and market feasibility of the product.

- Capture product feedback from both consumers and retailers and share the same with Market intelligance.

- Meeting sales targets of multiple payments solutions such as QR code, EDC/card swipe machine, point of sales software and other financial products

- Deployment of products and articulation of benefits & best practices at Base locations.

- Gathering consistent feedback from market for existing offerings and insights on competitor moves as feedback for product enhancements.

- Create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap.

- Meeting sales targets of multiple payments solutions such as QR code, EDC/card swipe machine, point of sales software and other financial products

- Deployment of products and articulation of benefits & best practices at Base locations

- Improve Customer perception and product-wise market share, good understanding of technical and market feasibility of the product.
