As a key member of the team, you work closely with the leadership and credit team. Responsibilities: - Bring technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of data, then process, design and present it in ways to help the business make better decisions - Create and maintain critical investor reports on credit performance - Analyze trends in data to identify issues or growth opportunities - Identify unconventional data sources that can be used for analyses, identify ways that data can be captured and then take it to the finish line Minimum Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in data analytics - Tier 1 college graduates - Experience with databases and scripting languages (such as SQL, Excel, and Python) - Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to derive trends and patterns in data - Demonstrated leadership and self-direction - Demonstrated willingness to both teach others and learn new techniques
