Function: Human Resources - Manager, Talent Acquisition

- We are looking to hire a Manager of Talent Acquisition, who will have a successful history of building and motivating strong, world-class teams, applying strategic thinking, and building a team effectively to deliver a track record of sustained accomplishments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in digitalising the talent acquisition processes.

- Assist in employee retention and development for achieving low attrition within the organisation.

- Design, develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position the firm as an Employer of Choice in the market.

- Determine the current and future staffing needs across businesses and ensure positions get closed with a minimum possible TAT.

- Develop a recruitment strategy including recruitment campaigns, alternative sources of talent sourcing.

- Develop campus recruitment campaigns apart from the ones for lateral hires.

- Develop strategy to build internal recruitment capabilities and reduce overall hiring costs.

- Ensure continuous pipeline of candidates across all levels.

- Hold the humans- in  Human Resources in extremely high regard.

- Identify and develop talent pools in the market.

- Manage Candidate experience and personally lead leadership hiring mandates.

- Work with and assist internal recruiters and external recruitment consultancies.

Requirements :

Ability to recruit & engage with blue & white collar individuals.

- Be detail oriented in your role as the voice of the firm - notice how the bullets are sorted alphabetically & all of them end with proper punctuation for this JD?

- Previous experience in a high-growth firm/startup.

- You have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience with at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition.

- You hold a Bachelors/Master's degree with specialisation in Human Resources or Psychology.
