Job Description:

- Partially leading a team of data analysts

- Working hands-on for the projects e.g. programming and data analysis

- Leading the team in daily project works as well as while with client whenever the need arises

- Weather/Agriculture based data preparation, interpolation, analysis and forecasting

- Development of statistics based risk models

- Report/Executive Summary writing

Job Requirements:

- Excellent qualifications and experience in statistics

- Ability to format and present results, including clear interpretations and charts

- Ability to communicate clearly, work in collaborative environment, and learn and apply new skills

- Strong in SAS, MS-Excel, VBA & PowerPoint, Tableau experience or in some of these

- Excellent programming or algorithm-writing skills

- Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance or Engineering

- Perfect understanding of applied statistics topics such as probability models, measures of dispersion, central tendency, hypothesis testing, regression, time series models etc.

Preferable but not mandatory skills:

- Exposure to Agriculture/Weather related data

- Experience GIS (Geographical Information System) domain

- Passion towards hands-on work like programming, data processing and not just towards managing a team
