Looking for dynamic, well experienced CA backed with real estate experience, one who can manage end to end accounts, finalisation of accounts and audit, expert in GST, capable of liaisoning with IT, GST and other statutory departments.

Looking for young candidates to join our accounts team. Candidates with experience in real estate industry and audit firm will be preferred.

1. Audit closure and Income tax finalization of company

2. Liaisoning with the Income Tax GST and Vat Department

3. Attending Assessments, replying assessment notices in coordination with Statutory Auditor

4. Receivable management

5. Updates on GST and GST Compliance

6. Reporting and closing any notices from the department.

i) Monthly Account closing

ii) Review of Monthly Financials

iii) Receivables

5. Rent & Maintenance, collection of commercial properties

6. Inter company reconciliation on weekly basis

7. Director & firms accounts

8. All Direct taxes/Audit
