We have openings for qualified Chartered Accountants (CA- s) with experience of 0-6 years at Executive/ Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager and Manager levels in the below functions:
- Audit
- To plan & perform Statutory Audits & Tax Audits
- Independent execution of statutory and tax audits, including Indian GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS, Group reporting, quarterly reviews and tax audit
- Planning, execution, escalations and implementation of audit plan and documentation
- Internal audits, IFRS, Research and other assurance related work
- Application of knowledge and interpretation of facts and issues and arriving at alternative solutions after analysis and comparison
- Managing billing, recovery and client issues
- Providing on-the-job training to new joiners / articles etc.
- Maintaining accuracy and detailing of work
- Accounting
- General Ledger
- Accounting upto finalisation
- MIS reporting
- Responsibility for client compliances and deliverables - MIS, TDS, VAT, Service Tax, Profession Tax
- Co-ordination with bankers and internal teams
- Adherence to the policies of the client with regard to accounting and reporting
- Identifying and resolving accounting / legal issues
- Billing and recovery
- Well versed with different Accounting Standards, Schedule VI, Income tax etc.
- Monitoring - Payroll
- Transfer Pricing
- Handle Transfer Pricing assignments including Transfer Pricing audits, formulating TP policy, compiling documentation & issuing CA Certificate (Form 3CEB)
- Handling domestic transfer pricing assignments
- Handling assessments and appeals relating to Transfer Pricing and drafting of submissions
- Prepare presentations/articles on transfer pricing.
- Shall be actively involved in knowledge updation and sharing within the firm.
- Should have assisted in transfer pricing or tax assessments / scrutiny assignments.
- Knowledge of international tax and FEMA will be an added advantage.
Desired candidate profile:
- Working knowledge of Accounting and Auditing Standards, Companies Act
- The candidate should have the ability to analyze, compare and interpret facts based on information available
- Direct Tax law and Tax Treaty provisions
- Handling scrutiny assessment proceedings and other departmental matters for Domestic and Foreign Companies
- Transfer pricing or tax assessments/scrutiny(Preferably independently)
- A Basic working knowledge of VAT, Excise and Service Tax
- Good communication, drafting and interpersonal skills
- Excellent team management and client handling experience
- Flexibility to travel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel (Filters, Pivots, Lookup, etc.)
- Exposure to computerized accounting, preferably Tally
- Basic knowledge about MS office-especially Excel
- Email usage-preferably MS Outlook
