Our Requirement

We are looking for a Manager, who is an effective communicator with excellent organizational skills in workplace, who is passionate about accomplishing project specific goals, and who has the zeal to be an integral part of our exciting growth plans. S/He must be able to engage with relevant personnel within our firm to successfully meet deadlines of various deliverables.

- Bachelors Degree, referable in Engineering

- MBA

- Good Written and Oral communication skills

- Past experience in project management

- Working in International environment preferred

S/He will be playing a pivotal role in establishing SKP's strategic move to create a sales and marketing environment within the US including setting up of an entity. This project is one of the two Key Strategic Initiatives in SKP. S/He will be working in close quarters with senior personnel in SKP for the success of this project.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

Strategy and Business development :

- Support Vice President of North America Sales and Marketing in laying down strategic plans and drilling down into actionable items. Manage resources in India and the US to achieve goals

- Support formation of the US entity related aspects. While actual formation may be outsourced, but initial handholding and any other issues may be anticipated and planned accordingly

- Support any acquisition or other related US Initiative - joint venture, client acquisition, talent acquisition, visa issues resolution, etc.

- Establish and maintain relationships with various trade organizations, multipliers and influencers

- Connect with clients acquired through sales and marketing channels for initial lead qualification

- Attend networking events and conferences for the purpose of knowledge acquisition as well as client acquisition. Help enhance SKP visibility

- Prepare monthly US initiatives report, monthly US sales reports and other reports as needed

- Prepare and present business case in boardroom

- Write email drafts for partners to send to connects and potential clients

- Prepare presentations for client meetings

- Analyse various reports and data to provide suggestions for further course of action

- Use CRM tools such as Pipedrive to analyse, develop and improve sales efforts

Communication :

- Ability to understand and break down complicated and/or convoluted matter, and present it in a simple structure for further course of action. E.g.: service brochures, project plans, various discussion topics, etc

- Active engagement with US Initiative Leadership team to understand requirements to ensure timely deliverables from all stakeholders

- Engagements with Single Point of Contacts (SPOC) of various practices and functions to understand their operations and concerns, and establish frequent communications on various deliverables

- Efficient and Effective communication with relevant stakeholders (internal or external) to address concerns and remove roadblocks

Planning and scheduling :

- Based on various requirements, plan and schedule tasks to meet deliverables

- Get buy-in from SPOCs responsible for completion of tasks against planned timelines

- Use project/task management tools such as Asana, MS Project, etc. to manage tasks / sub-projects

Execution and Team management :

- Actively monitor the scheduled activities and put control mechanisms to address activities that are not conforming to planned schedule

- Ability to identify and resolve issues that might negatively impact the project deliverables

- Ability to identify, assess and prioritize risks and provide options for action

- Address sensitive issues with tact and discretion

Reporting hierarchy and Support :

- Will report to the SKP group North America Sales and Marketing Head

- Will be trained on various services of SKP

- Will be supported by the SKP's sales and marketing team from India

- Will manage sales resource in US
