We are looking for CA/BCom/MCom/MBA (Finance)/PGDB /CA(Inter) candidates with 1 to 7 years of experience in end-to-end accounting processes.

Job Description :

Incumbent will be involved in one (or more) of the following processes:

Operational delievery :

- Accounting up to finalization, Inter-company accounting and reconciliation (Well versed with Different Accounting Standards, Schedule VI, Income tax etc.)

- Bill passing, issuing cheque, passing journal entries, Bank Reconciliation, Party Account Reconciliation

- Monthly P&L and MIS preparation

- Statutory compliance with regard TDS, VAT, Service Tax, Profession Tax

- MIS review, GL scrutiny

- Entering data in Tally

- Billing and Recovery

- Monitoring payroll

- Monitoring the funds of the client

- Co-ordinating with other internal teams such as GL, Payroll

Client relationship :

- Meeting existing clients, addressing their needs

- Mining for additional business from existing clients

- Developing new clients - Operational Sales, Marketing

- Co-coordinating with the client and other internal teams

- Adherence to the policies of the client with regard to accounting and reporting

- Identifying the issues & resolving the same for the team

Desired Candidate Profile :

Candidate should have 1 - 7 years of experience in following activities:

- Routine accounting work, bill passing, payment processing

- Reconciliation - Bank, Vendor, etc.

- Accounts finalization, MIS reporting

- Experience of transaction processing, ledger scrutiny, book-keeping, bank reconciliations is essential

- Well versed with different Accounting Standards, Schedule VI, Transaction processing, Book-keeping, Ledger scrutiny, financial statement preparation, Bank Reconciliation etc.

- Working knowledge of TDS, VAT, Service Tax, Excise, etc.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Good analytical and process skills

- Organised and methodical with the ability to work to strict deadlines and schedules

- Self motivated, with ability to function with limited supervision at a demanding pace
