Job Summary :
- Be accountable for the entire Relationship Manager of a growing business
1. Student/Teacher Representative who is genuinely excited and confident to help parents/teacher resolving their queries in a new-to-the-world online platform. He/She should be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
2. Needs to manage class rescheduling requests and handle DataBase and coordinate with Tech team to execute this in backend to manage ongoing classes.
3. Make daily trackers for student/teacher operations team as well as manage daily in bound/outbound email flow
4. The Relationship Manager will be required to communicate with customers via phone and email.
5. Maintain Documentation and Communicate the same to Stakeholders by recording customer queries and details
6. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Train teachers on platform end to end and make them Go Live over platform
- Continuously engage with teachers to ensure high productivity
Educational qualifications preferred
- Category: Technical Diploma/Technical Course, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree
- Field specialization: Operations management and supervision
- Degree: Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc, Bachelor of Arts - BA, Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA, Bachelor of Commerce - BCom, Master of Arts - MA, Master of Business Administration - MBA, Master of Computer Applications - MCA, Master of Science - MS, Master of Social Work - MSW
