Job Responsibilities:

- Identify the appropriate stakeholders and perform interviews, walkthroughs and documentation reviews to gain an understanding of the processes.

- Assess the appropriateness of existing control environment.

- Validate the operating effectiveness of the existing controls.

- Identify the gaps in control design and implementation and against international standards and industry best practices.

- Recommend mitigation steps for identified gaps and risks.

- Document the processes, audit findings, recommended mitigation steps and maintain open communication with stakeholders, client's management and audit committee.

- Identify the relevant regulatory requirements for the client and perform regulatory compliance audit.

- Perform detailed review of policies and procedures, identify gaps and enhancements, draft new policies and procedures in line with international standards, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

- Perform Cyber Security assessments to identify the current maturity level of the organization.

- Perform Cyber Risk assessments in line with industry standard frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, etc.

- Developing and maintaining policy and procedure documentation.

- Responding to requests for information for internal system audits.

- Cyber Risk Identification, Assessment and Governance.

- Data & Application Protection.

- Cyber Risk Identification & Threat Management.

Skills Required-

- Academic qualification: Bachelor of Engineering /Bachelor of Technology or demonstration of relevant industry experience.

- At least 10-15 years of professional experience in Cyber Security in complex IT environments including on premise and Cloud.

- Experience and working knowledge of Information Security principles, techniques, and architectures.

- Knowledge of Cyber Security Frameworks and Standards such as ISO 27001, NIST.

- One or more of CISA, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, ITIL Certifications.

- Good knowledge on new developments in Cyber Security and privacy services, capabilities, and industry knowledge.

- Possess excellent written, oral and presentation skills with the ability to present ideas and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Team player, high degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work with little supervision.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and assess risks, threats, patterns and trends.
