Job Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, procedures, and controls.

- Lead and manage a team of information security professionals to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company information and systems.

- Conduct security assessments and risk analysis to identify and prioritize security threats and vulnerabilities.

- Develop and implement security incident response plans and procedures.

- Monitor security logs and alerts to detect and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.

- Develop and deliver security awareness training for employees.

Skills Required:

- Strong understanding of information security concepts and principles.

- Knowledge of security assessment tools such as Nmap, Nessus, and Wireshark.

- Experience with incident response and forensic analysis.

- Strong understanding of network protocols and systems administration.

- Familiarity with security controls such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and endpoint protection.

- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

Additional Information:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are required.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security management or a related field.
