Job Purpose:

To work on relevant applicable regulations, legal research, draft and review contracts, prepare other legal documentation including notices, replies as per business requirement, maintaining MIS, any other legal requirement.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. LL.B. (Specialization in corporate laws)

2. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Legal domain. Experience in energy renewables & EPC Sector preferred

3. Strong ability of drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.

4. Good understanding of corporate & commercial laws.

5. Analytical & legal interpretation ability.

Responsibilities:

1 Proficiency in contract drafting and reviewing with keen awareness of best practices prevailing in commercial contracts regime.

2 Drafting and finalization of legal notices and replies, legal notes, briefs, pleadings, appeals, MOUs, contracts, Service Level Agreements across all business unit's and other deeds/documents.

3 Good understanding of company laws, corporate laws and principles of corporate governance.

4 Corporate Legal experience with Mergers and Acquisition matters, must have experience with drafting and negotiating Mergers and Acquisition transactions, Excellent attention to detail is essential

5 Prior experince in US regulatory norms

6 Assist in the formulation, implementation and/or amendment of Company, department policies.

7 Legal research on corporate commercial laws, contract law, India and US regulations

8 Advise on statutory compliances.

9 Handling Litigation

10 Excellent attention to detail is essential, open to learn and develop expertise in clean energy laws

11 Co-ordination, follow-up and assistance to external counsels.
