Learning And Development Specialist


- We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to join our HR team.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring effective training and development programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees.

- You will play a critical role in aligning our learning initiatives with the organization's strategic goals and ensuring a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Appointed candidate will be responsible for the implementation of the Employee Development Strategy for the consulting workforce.

- Create and execute learning strategies and programs.

- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.

- Implement various learning methods companywide (coaching, job-shadowing, online training).

- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.

- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.

- Help managers to develop their team members through career pathing.

- Understand the needs of high performers and identify or develop solutions to build capabilities.

- Deep knowledge in and deploy collaboration communication and training enablers as outlined in the leadership strategy.

- Partner with appropriate groups on effective implementation of Employee Development programs.

- Design Development and Implementation of High Potential Employee Program.

- Designing the competency framework for the high potential Employee.

- Establish and execute rigorous evaluation methodology to capture high impact learning activities and ensure effective reporting to key stakeholders of the relevant results.

Skills and Qualifications :

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource or relevant course of study.

- Minimum 3+ years of working experience into L&D/training.

- Significant experience with effective learning and development methods.

- Knowledge and Understanding about the product and policies of a financial industry.

- Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and learning models.

- Proficiency with MS office / Meet platform.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors.

- Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking.
