Job Description:
- Act as the primary liaison for all marketing-related activities within the Rajasthan market.
- Coordinate with product business teams and support functions like operations, administration, and HR.
Driving Regional Marketing Activities:
- Develop, execute, and evaluate local consumer connect initiatives in collaboration with business teams to enhance business productivity, brand awareness, and visibility.
Local Support for National Marketing Campaigns:
- Provide local support to the corporate marketing team for the successful execution of national marketing campaigns during brand launches, festivals, and pan-India activations.
Branch Branding:
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and updating of national/local offerings in branches.
- Collaborate closely with Admin, Operations, and the corporate marketing team for rebranding projects.
Lead Management:
- Efficiently handle leads generated from marketing activities to meet key performance indicators.
Regional Associations and Tie-Ups:
- Establish and maintain partnerships with regional associations and individuals to achieve branding and marketing objectives.
- Forge ties with entities such as car dealer associations, Resident Welfare Associations (RWA), business unions, markets, Panchayats, media channels, etc.
Branding Opportunities:
- Identify and create branding opportunities for paid or permanent co-branding/visibility options in the region.
Market Surveys and Content Creation:
- Conduct regular market surveys to assess brand health and consumer preferences.
- Create content and communication strategies based on insights gathered from surveys.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in a regional capacity.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in lead management and campaign execution.
- Familiarity with market research methodologies.
- Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and drive initiatives.
