Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Manager at SK Finance Ltd.

- The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

- They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop hiring strategies.

- The Recruitment Manager will also be responsible for managing the recruitment team, implementing recruitment initiatives, and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.


- Your responsibilities will include everything from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selecting candidates.


- Working closely with hiring managers, you'll develop hiring strategies tailored to meet their staffing needs.


- Additionally, you'll manage the recruitment team, spearhead recruitment initiatives, and foster relationships with external agencies and vendors.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, interview processes, and candidate assessment methods.

- Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.

- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and policies.

- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.

- Experience in the financial industry is added advantage.

- Demonstrated experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role


- Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, encompassing sourcing techniques, interview procedures, and candidate evaluation methods Proficiency in managing end-to-end recruitment processes


- Strong leadership and team management capabilities


- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills


- Ability to cultivate and sustain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors


- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and policies


- Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems


- Experience in the financial industry is a valuable asset.


- Experience is 3-5 years.
