Role Description:

Position: Operations Manager

Location: Balesar

Type: Full-time, on-site

Responsibilities:

Overseeing Day-to-Day Operations:

- Ensure smooth functioning of all operational activities.

- Supervise staff to maintain efficiency and productivity.

Managing and Optimizing Processes:

- Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

- Implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.

Monitoring Performance Metrics:

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance.

- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Coordinating with Different Teams:

- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.

- Facilitate communication and coordination among teams to achieve common goals.

Ensuring Compliance with Regulatory Standards:

- Stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure adherence.

- Implement necessary measures to maintain compliance with industry standards.

Driving Operational Efficiency:

- Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

- Identify and implement best practices to optimize processes.

Delivering Excellent Customer Service:

- Focus on providing exceptional service to customers.

- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

Strong Leadership and Management Skills:

- Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.

- Experience in managing teams and fostering a positive work environment.

- Excellent Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Abilities:

- Aptitude for identifying issues and finding practical solutions.

- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Experience in Operations Management:

- Proven track record of managing operations effectively.

- Familiarity with operational processes and procedures.

- Knowledge of Financial Services and Regulations:

- Understanding of financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements.

- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing financial operations.

Strong Analytical and Quantitative Skills:

- Proficiency in analyzing data and interpreting results.

- Ability to use data-driven insights to drive decision-making.

Ability to Prioritize and Manage Multiple Projects:

- Skill in managing competing priorities and deadlines.

- Capacity to multitask and delegate effectively.

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders.

Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration or Related Field:

- Educational background in business administration, management, or a related field.

- Experience in the Finance Industry is a Plus:

- Familiarity with financial operations and processes is desirable.
