Product Managers are Leaders at SIXT

Product Managers at SIXT play a predominant role in strategically building disruptive software in the mobility space, using the best tech-stack in industry. They are responsible for the product challenges impacting customers around the globe.

Sixt is looking for a Product Leader to lead the charter around the customer area. This is a highly visible and impactful role within the company with cross functional ownership touching multiple customer topics within Sixt.

- Experience in building consumer products is mandatory

- Prior experience in building Customer Service Products such as Ticketing, Chat & Chatbots, Voice & IVR Products to solve customer problems

What does a PM in Customer Team ask themselves?

- Who is a Sixt Customer and what is their intent to rent at Sixt? What are the opportunities, customer needs & desires that can move customers from car ownership to a car rental?

- What are the current problems that are preventing repeat customers coming back and renting at Sixt? How do I measure customer experience metrics and the leading indicator of customer retention? How do I drive customer retention at Sixt using various interventions?

- How do I segment and target customers with a differentiated value proposition

- How can I build a sticky customer value proposition that increases value for customers as they continue to rent with Sixt (e.g., Amazon Prime? Marriott Bonvoy Benefits)

Responsibilities:

- Rich 6+ Years of relevant Product Management experience

- Lead a team of PM's. Mentor & Guide them in their day to day work.

- You will collaborate with the Tech, data science, Business, and Operations teams to solve problems using technology as the lever.

- Drive towards both short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals, defining the product. Solve for customer needs that is viable for the business.

- Identify key success metrics for the product and ensure that instrumentation has been implemented to track outcomes.

- Translate business strategy into product road-map with detailed product requirements document (PRD).

- Manage product prioritization and trade-offs between impact (customer experience, business goals), effort and complexity of implementation.

- Analyze product metrics periodically and reiterate the road-map based on product strategy and goals for your area.
