1. PURPOSE OF ROLE :
- Identify enablers/process improvements to deliver operational performance within GCC / Zones to deliver against agreed SLA's & KPI- s, driving improvements where required.
- Partner with teams to identify improvements in efficiency, productivity & utilization across the zones.
- Working with both local and global teams to ensure alignment across zones to drive improvements in performance and service.
2. KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITY :
- Responsible for the performance of the Business excellence team to meet operational objectives, working in partnership with operational practice leads and vendors
- Able to demonstrate discipline in following the correct method of process improvement (DMAIC, DMADV, DFSS)
- Ability to use statistical tools, techniques to analyze data and recommend actions to improve process. Analyzes data and solves quality problems
- Responsible for implementing and monitoring performance metrics are in place and performance reviews in place to drive delivery to agreed timescales and quality: shared accountability with operational practice leads.
- Ensuring that ABInBev driven initiatives are effectively implemented within the GCC, this covers training, implementation and sign off
- Work closely with the Ops team to ensure introduction of practices and processes for delivery via the GCC teams
- Implementation and operational of quality process to support performance improvement
