PURPOSE OF ROLE :
- Identify enablers / process improvements to deliver operational performance within GCC / Zones to deliver against agreed SLAs & KPIs, driving improvements where required.
- Leads and manages Six Sigma project portfolios in order to accomplish measurable business process improvements
- Employs Six Sigma methodology and analytics into organizational operations in order to accomplish business objectives
2. KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsible for the performance of the Business excellence team to meet operational objectives, working in partnership with operational practice leads and vendors
- An are effective communicators, which is essential for the many roles the candidate will serve: trains, coaches, and -mentors to the GBs in the team and Ops
- Should be able to influence change & effectively manage stakeholders across the zones
- Build related tower strategies and specific objectives and develops budgets / policies / procedures to support the infrastructure working, with the Lead Process Improvement & Efficiency
- Responsible for agreeing and implementing continuous performance improvements within the global teams, working with Operations, Continuous improvement and Business Excellence teams and in agreement with the operations team
