Job Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for overall performance of Sales for the project.
2) Responsible for monthly /yearly targets as desired.
3) Should own site functioning responsibility (Sales, CP's, Marketing)
4) Have to manage channel & direct verticles for site co ordinating with marketing team for promotional activities.
5) Handling sourcing team & generate business through CP's
6) Managing teams /people, planning sales stratergy
7) Responsible for all sales functioning (CP Events, Marketing activities)
8) Motivate a Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals.
9) Set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members.
10) Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
11) continuously analyze the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework.
12) Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
