Position : Site Manager/Key Accounts Manager - Sales

Location : Balharshah (Maharashtra)

Criteria :

- B.Tech Chemical in Paper Technology with 7- 9 years exp in Sales & Key Accounts Management, handling clients from Paper Industry.

Job description :

- Managing sales along with achieving profitability from Key Customers.

- Troubleshooting of business applications

Main Tasks :

General :

- Actively represent and support objectives and interests of the Business Unit, both internally and externally

- Visibly live and communicate the company identity and culture, communicate and implement the regional and local Code of Conduct

- Contribute to best business practices in line with company corporate guidelines

Strategic :

- Contribute to the development of local strategy for the business

- Implement defined measures agreed in local strategy

- Develop and implement function related concepts

- Implement key account plans & strategies (for sales role)

Leadership : Enhance team work and create conducive working atmosphere

Operational :

- Provide inputs for Business plan in line with agreed targets (Sales revenue, margins and share growth targets) and implement the same for the key accounts.

- Support Key Account Manager in management areas like Supply Chain (inventory management), volume market position, market development activities for the concerned key
