Reporting into the Head of Site Operations your roles and responsibilities are as follows:
- Develop HR strategies and work with the Site leadership to deliver the HR strategy for the business ensuring that the business objectives are met
- Develop and lead the HR team ensuring that human resource goals are aligned with the business goals and HR initiatives and programs within the set HR budgets
- Own the delivery of all HR programs - talent, compensation & benefits, Learning and recruitment
- Focus on leadership development and develop a clear second line as the succession
- Lead IR strategy for the site to ensure harmonious employee relations and union management
- Act as a business partner across all internal and external stakeholders and CoE's
