Purpose/Summary : Building functional capability through innovative effective approaches to staff learning and development contributing to continuous improvement in skills / performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and manage training requirements at the site through innovative solutions
- Competency mapping/skill set identification for various roles
- Training needs identification/analysis
- Provide solutions to address needs
- Deployment of agreed solutions
- Collaborate with other Functional L&D focal for cross-training, best practice sharing activities
- Evaluation of training through post training evaluation, knowledge checks, etc. and effectiveness of training
- Implementation of functional training framework through
- Training deployment plans, calendaring, scheduling, and execution of training processes
- Completion of learning as per the legible roadmaps for New hire training, process training,
- Compile training data and Report out on training performance
The incumbent will be responsible for all training and development activities for Operations at the site.
Position Specifications :
Education and Experience :
- Minimum 7-8 years of work experience
- Various aspects of the training cycle initiation, identification, design, development and delivery, and measurement of learning solutions

- Effective and clear verbal and written communication
- Exposure to data analysis & interpretation
- Training Facilitation Skills
- Relationship management
