Job Description : Reporting into the HR Director, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end life cycle from hiring till exit.

Client Details :

Our client is a global MNC logistics firm. They are setting up a technology centre in Hyderabad and are looking to hire a Site HR Leader with prior experience managing Talent Acquisition as well as HR in a leadership role with other reputed MNC captives/ITeS firms.

Description :

- Reporting into the HR Director, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end life cycle from hiring till exit.

- Working in the UK Shift, you will be driving the development and implementation of organisational strategy in areas like talent acquisition, leadership coaching, performance management, talent management and succession planning.

Profile :

- At least 7 years experience post MBA from a Tier 1 institute.

- Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to manage senior stakeholders.

- Experience working in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner, Leadership Development etc.

- Ability to be hands-on, detail oriented and an all-rounded player.
