About our Client - Our client is a leading Pharmaceutical giant that offers integrated approach to research & development and marketing of OTC drugs. With a strong pan-India presence, they are one of the fastest growing multinational companies in India.With a double digit growth and further expansion plans in India they are looking for a HR Director for their site operations based in Bangalore.

Job Description - Reporting to the VP Human Resources and leading a team of 6 reportees, in this role, you will be instrumental in:

- Leading and developing a strategic HR road map for a rapidly expanding business and site operations in collaboration with global stakeholders

- Aligning Organizational Design, performance management, retention and compensation and other HR worforce strategies

- Driving values, vision and cultural transformation through strengthened leadership and employee communication

- Overseeing Industrial Relations and HR Operations for the unit

- Proactively work to address employee relations issues through strategic management interaction.

- Designing and conceptualising key initiatives and HR policies to build and nurture a knowledge organization

- Effectively manage contract labour issues

The Successful Candidate - You would hold 10+ years of experience experience in HR, Organization Design & Restructuring, HR Strategy,Industrial Relations and Policies in an MNC environment. You would have demonstrated leadership and a proven track record of success. Excellent communication skills and senior stakeholder management skills are a must along with a high level of business acumen.You would be result oriented and have the ability to take on risks.
