Site HR Business Partner - Manufacturing

My client is an MNC looking to hire a Site HRBP managing approx 1000 employees reporting into the Head HR. This is an Individual Contributor role.

Your key roles and responsibilities will be as follows :

- Managing he entire employee life cycle of employees

- Managing talent and training needs of blue collared and white collared employees

- Working in accordance with policies and compliances of the plant

- Working on all HR generalist activities like L&D, PMS, TA, OD

- Ensuring HR service delivery in accordance with the CoE's at the site level

- The successful candidate comes with 10+ years of working in a large scale site. Experience to IR will be an added advantage.
