Position : Site Talent Acquisition Head - Pune (DGM / SM equivalent)

Location: Pune

Reporting to: Head - Talent Acquisition

Key expectations include:

- Graduates with about 10 - 15 yrs exclusive experience in Talent Acquisition with key focus on bulk/volume and lateral hiring across domains in non-voice & voice processes, specifically in ITES / BPO industry.

- Candidate with post graduation qualification in HR will be an added plus.

Key expectations include:

- Responsible for the recruitment strategy and management of all hiring for front line and middle level / lateral positions for Pune

- Partner with relevant stakeholders to plan and support staffing processes such as talent acquisition, strategic recruitment, pipeline development, attracting and successfully hiring right talent

- Managing the execution of the end to end recruitment process of staffing

- Executing the hiring numbers within the defined SLA /TAT.

- Managing internal stakeholders and ensuring that business meets their hiring numbers

- Be a strategic partner to the business by providing market intelligence & key analysis on a regular basis

- Should effectively manage the team

- Stay updated on TA needs, trends & methodologies of the market

- Should have extensive experience in generating quality hiring volumes through strategic use of recruitment channels including vendor channels, campus bulk recruitment programs, social media hiring, referral program management etc. with large ITES/BPO organizations.

- Should be able to set-up, manage and guide recruitment teams in volume/project/bulk/lateral hiring at multiple sites across Pune.

- Strong demonstrated experience in delivering on shorter hiring TATs and team management skills preferred.

- Candidates who can join at shorter notice preferred.
