Site Head - Petchemical

To design & deploy operations strategy at Site & oversee common services in order to ensure production & site maintenance as per business goals, in compliance with the safety and reliability principles & overall Asset Operations strategy

Skills:

- Proven experience in managing cross functional teams including Operations, -Reliability, Safety, Technical Services, HR and other functions.

- Ability to manage and drive change management process

- Familiar with emerging technology in Manufacturing and Digital Transformation across Industry.
