Job Description :
- Accountable for the on-time implementation of sales organization quotas and performance objectives;
- Responsible for providing an annual sales plan and providing quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the Plan.
- Responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company's business plan.
- Ensure the successful operational execution of the campaigns, systematically identifying opportunities for process improvements and ensuring the rapid resolution of any issues as they arise;
- Responsible for the efficient allocation of technology, support, and training resources impacting the sales organization;
- Responsible for coordinating the specific objectives of the Sales Plan with all of the functional departments of the company and, most specifically with clients (off-shore and onshore)
- Accountable for accurate and on-time reporting essential for sales organization effectiveness;
- Achievement of strategic objectives defined by company management;
- Lead the effective execution of promotional campaigns across all new business channels, working with internal and external stakeholders where required ensuring smooth customer journeys;
- Responsible for the customer relationship, tracking all activity at multiple product levels, reporting sales and profitability of the product; leading the sales strategy development and execution;
Candidate profile :
- Leadership role in sales role in a large BPO (1500+ FTEs), Preferably in BFSI sector
- Familiarity and hands on experience in Aspect Dialler - Preferred
- Experience in Telesales and Outbound programmes
- Experience in managing Off-Shore clients - Preferred, not mandatory
